What is the Paper About?
This paper investigates the role of entrepreneurship education in supporting the entrepreneurial action of individuals with physical disabilities and the moderating role of inclusion. This research offers a disability-aware and inclusionary perspective as both policy makers and educators seek to open entrepreneurship to a broader range of students. The finding of the study establishes the moderating role of inclusion in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and the entrepreneurial action of physically disabled students. This implies that the commitment of the educators to accept and support physically disabled students in the class will create an environment in which physically disabled students can effectively prepare for entrepreneurial action. This research highlights that entrepreneurship education and inclusion make significant contributions to physically disabled students’ entrepreneurial action. Identifying the importance of entrepreneurship education and inclusion contributes to preparing physically disabled students to become entrepreneurial graduates.

Why is it Important?
Supporting members of the disabled community into entrepreneurship has been posited as being crucial to supporting them into the economic mainstream due to common challenges with seeking employment. The study underscores the significant role of entrepreneurship education and inclusion in enhancing the entrepreneurial action of disabled students. It is therefore important for educators to consider inclusivity in their pedagogic approaches, and policymakers to ensure entrepreneurial ecosystems are inclusive.
